Made from partially frozen Vidal Blanc grapes, this NJ Governor's Cup Winner has delicious notes of golden raisins, sunflower, and pineapple upside down cake. Golden and very sweet, the medium bodied dessert wine finishes with caramel, lychee, and dried apricot flavors.
Partially frozen Vidal Blanc grapes, harvested from our New Jersey vineyard, were pressed and used in the fermentation of this wine. The harvest sugar was 33.0% by weight with the post-fermentation residual sugar at 13.5 %.
